Body to Science Program
Body to Science Program
Donating your body to medical science is a meaningful way to contribute to education and research that will benefit future generations.
At Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Medicine, the Department of Medical Neuroscience manages the Human Body Donation Program, which plays a vital role in training Medical, Dental, Health Professional and Life Sciences students.
Why Donate?
Your donation provides an invaluable opportunity for students and researchers to learn about the human body, advance medical knowledge and improve patient care.
How New Brunswick Participates
While the Human Body Donation Program is led by Dalhousie University, residents of New Brunswick can register and contribute to medical education and research through this initiative. The program is coordinated province-wide, ensuring that New Brunswick donors play an essential role in supporting medical training across the Maritimes.
How to Donate
If you wish to donate your body, you may note your intention in your will. For more information contact the Department of Medical Neuroscience.
